Fonction

The FP&A Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis Manager) oversees financial planning, designs and produces reporting tools, monitors and analyzes financial performance, and prepares reports for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

This role also drives alignment and operational consistency across both organizations while managing the consolidation of financial reporting for Buy Way and Qander. Additionally, the FP&A Manager leads the company’s refinancing activities, with a particular focus on securitization operations.

Finally, the FP&A Manager leads and supports the FP&A team, providing guidance across all analysis, control, and financial planning tasks.

Key responsibilities :

• Financial Planning
  • Contribute to the definition of financial targets (production, outstandings, revenues, expenses, etc.) in alignment with the company's short- and long-term ambitions.
  • Responsible for multi-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.

• Management Control
  • Design and produce reporting tools to support business monitoring and decision-making (operational dashboards, financial and risk reports, profitability analysis, etc.).
  • Prepare management reporting for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, and propose corrective or improvement actions Refinancing & Treasury Management

• Refinancing and treasury Management
  • Manage overall financing strategy and day-to-day treasury operations to maintain optimal liquidity and support the company’s financial stability.
  • Lead and coordinate the securitization process from structuring to execution and monitoring, leveraging asset-backed financing to enhance liquidity and manage financial risk.

• Team Leadership

• • Lead a team of five, fostering an environment that promotes skill development, autonomy, and both individual and collective performance.
  • Support the professional growth of team members, particularly through mentoring and coaching of junior profiles.

Profil

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an audit firm (Big 4) or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of the banking and financial services sector (retail banking), ideally with experience in treasury and securitization
• Excellent command of Excel (advanced or expert level) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Business Object and SAS is a strong asset
• Fluency in either French or Dutch, as well as English, is required.
• Strong results and quality orientation
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to take initiative
